Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase. Because we specialize in resale, designer, and name brand merchandise offered at discounted prices, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
Returns with Seel Return Assurance
Items that are eligible for and purchased with Seel may be returned in accordance with Seel's terms and conditions. We encourage customers to add Seel at checkout for a simple and convenient return experience.

Final Sale Items
Items purchased without Seel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from it's description.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Return Request Process
For eligible returns covered by Seel, please follow the instructions provided by Seel to initiate your request.
If your order is not covered by Seel, returns will generally not be accepted unless required by law or approved at our sole discretion due to an item condition issue.

A Special Note: Returns are really hard on small businesses and even harder on Resale businesses. Every time a team member touches an item we have to account for the (rising) payroll dollars, from the time an item is consigned, to it being hung up, photographed, listed and its journey around the store. If it is returned we start the entire process again, so our payroll doubles...per item returned. We also pay additional CC fees on every return (we don't get refunded CC fees)
